WATER COLOURS on the MARINA

Water Colours on the Marina is an amazing penthouse over two levels with views of the Marina and the ocean as far as the eye can see and absorb the landscape of the fabulous coastline  from Glenelg to Grange in South Australia.

Located on the fourth floor of 3 Chappell Drive Glenelg, you enter Watercolours via a hallway entrance which encompasses a study nook. On this level the two bedrooms are located, the master bedroom has a king-size bed with stunning water views over the Marina. The second bedroom has two king single beds with colourful water views past the Marina and through to the ocean.

Co-located between bedrooms is a two-way bathroom with laundry facilities.

Walk up the staircase to the top level offering spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining area with a table that sets seats eight, and a powder room for convenience. A comfy lounge for you to relax and watch television, including Netflix and all the other components of a Smart TV. Walk through the sliding door to a huge outdoor entertaining area on the balcony. With a glass of wine in hand or a coffee, sit around the tall outdoor table and watch the colours of sunrise or sunset and the reflection in the waters below.
