‘In The Vines’, your cosy retreat nestled on a peaceful six acre property surrounded by vineyards, with plenty of space to wander and explore.

Our cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry, a modern bathroom with a spacious walk in monsoon shower, queen size bedroom with luxury linens and a ceiling fan.

There is a comfortable living/dining area with reverse-cycle air conditioning, and just outside is a sunny balcony to sit and enjoy the scenery. Beautiful quiet mornings and glorious evening sunsets, with views of vineyards, villages and church spires.

We offer you a great breakfast provisions, with muesli, yogurt, eggs and bacon if you’re in the mood for a cooked meal, bread and home made preserves. A great selection of teas and coffee.

There is varied bird and animal life ……. whether you come to holiday, or for business, you will feel right at home, and at the end of your day wander through our vines with a glass of wine.

Our cottage is also ideal for longer stays, perfectly placed to experience and explore all that is the Barossa Valley. Minutes to restaurants, wineries, cellar doors, cafes and galleries.

This spacious holiday home has it all really! Well presented with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to accommodate up to 10 guests. The open plan kitchen, dining & living is perfectly designed to suit large groups and has easy access to the very spacious fully under covered wrap around deck. Three bedrooms are all of generous size with the master having direct access to the deck & enjoys a lovely ensuite. This property is located at the end of a cul de sac on a quiet street, opposite a beautiful reserve and only a very short stroll to the beach.
Carrickalinga has a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea. The township is squeezed between the hillside and the pristine dunes. The beach is strikingly clean with clear water and fine white sand. It is a very popular beach for families because of this. There is access to beach walks -short or long. Take stroll along this magnificent beach, and on past the sand dunes for a coffee at the Normanville beach cafe or just sit back and relax.
