Gowrie Guest House offers a loft-style accommodation right in the heart of historic Port Albert.
The accommodation is located at the rear of the historic Gowrie House erected 1856.
Walk up the stairs, through a private entrance to the loft. There is a separate lounge room with a couch, television, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a single bed located in the lounge/common area for children. With a separate bathroom.
Gowrie Guest House is located just a short walk from Port Albert’s harbour with spectacular views of Wilson’s Promontory and the surrounding waterways. The guest house is located on the grounds of the old Drapery Store with private gardens and enriched in history. Dine on rashly caught seafood at Wildfish Restaurant, enjoy fish and chips taking in the water views or a coffee and treat at Castim by the Jetty Boat Hire & Kiosk. Walk across the road to the Gippsland Regional Maritime Museum, where you can uncover the history of the district.
