There are living areas downstairs and two bathrooms. Ducted air conditioning throughout and split system in rumpus room.

Two separate lounge television areas (one upstairs, one down), both with DVD players. The kitchen has a large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and coffee maker and there is a separate dining room.

Excellent off street parking with large carport (room for three-four cars/boats). Sheltered pergola area with outdoor dining table and barbecue with hood.
