Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining, living area with TV with USB port, DVD, digital radio/CD player. Main bedroom with queen bed, TV, walk-in robes and ensuite, main bathroom with full size bath/spa and separate shower. Separate w/c, bedroom 2 – queen, bedroom 3 – 2 king singles, bedroom 4 – 2 bunks. Laundry with trough and front loader washing machine. Ducted evaporative air-conditioning, double doors in the dining/living area open out to an undercover paved area with outdoor setting and hooded gas BBQ. Fish cleaning facility, garage not for use. Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen – pillow cases top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. No smoking inside. No pets.
